Few days back the Edo state governor had imposed a curfew in the state, this was done in a bid to curtail the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

The curfew which start 7pm, had led people scampering to meet the deadline, the consequence of this was shown yesterday when the ancient city of Benin witness multiple auto crash

According to reports, the incident happened at the popular Upper Mission Road in Benin.

No death was recorded as at the time of the report, accident victims where rushed to nearby hospitals

Edo state currently has 5 confirmed cases from the total 1532 confirmed cases of the COVID19 reported in Nigeria.

The current rate of the COVID19 globally now stand at 3,151,466 with 218,471 confirmed death
